PVC Schedule 40
All PVC Schedule 40 fittings shall be produced from PVC Type I cell classification 12454. All injection molded PVC Schedule 40 fittings shall be certified for potable water use by NSF International and manufactured in strict compliance to ASTM D 2466 or applicable Spears product specifications. All fabricated fittings shall be produced in accordance with Spears General Specifications for Fabricated Fittings, as manufactured by Spears Manufacturing Company.

All PVC Schedule 80 fittings shall be produced from PVC Type I, cell classification 12454, conforming to ASTM Standard D 1784. All injection molded PVC Schedule 80 fittings shall be Certified for potable water service by NSF International and manufactured in strict compliance to ASTM D 2467 or applicable Spears product specifications. All fabricated fittings shall be produced in accordance with Spears General Specifications for Fabricated Fittings, as manufactured by Spears Manufacturing Company.
